Rainbow Colorization
The majority of this project was completed using the quick mask method of selecting. This mode of selection includes "painting" over a portion of a picture to select it. After "painting" as accurately as possible, colors from the rainbow were chosen to fill the selection. The picture we had to choose had to include at least seven pictures of the same or similar object lined up in a row. The colors of the rainbow had to be distinct; to achieve this, blending modes were used. The blending modes helped to either brighten up or darken the color, depending on the situation. Duplicating layers also helped in achieving a desired color. Duplicating layers, as did blending modes, brightened or darkened colors.
